Fan of the strawberry croissant. Today I tried the tiramisu iced latte. Very good!!!!!! Strong but good.

I have tried multiple items from this bakery and see all the mixed reviews from everyone so here we go! Overall, I do agree with the statement some of these cakes are frozen and very dry but will explain which ones are those! Cake: Unfortunately I have tried a variety of their cakes and can say any cake that is white cake is usually dry. Their raspberry, blueberry, and tres leche always on the dryer side of the cake selection. However, the filings are very delicious but not enough. The exception has to be the lavender honey cake! Hands down 10/10. Anything chocolate is usually rich and moist. The Oreo cake so far has been the best on the chocolate side. The caramel cake is delicious as well but the caramel on top is more fruit roll up texture and not loose. Tarts: Personally, tarts are my go to. This place has a variety of tarts and I would recommend them!! The pistachio and blueberry have to be one of the best two. The tiramisu is also contestant but is more on the cheesecake side rather than a traditional one.

The people here were very nice. I got an Americano and the strawberry croissant. They mentioned they do not make drip coffee on the week days but only on the weekends. The inside of the store is adorable. They clearly make cakes for order and the entire bakery is viewable from the lobby area. Very clean and nice ambiance! I will definitely come back to sit and enjoy!

The Strawberry Shortcake and Mixed Berries Cake are divine--light, creamy, and just the right amount of sweetness. These have become our go-to choices for birthdays and special occasions. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, always patient and incredibly helpful. The cleanliness of the place is remarkable, adding to the inviting atmosphere. Conveniently situated inside Terra Vista Town Center Mall, the ample parking is a definite plus. I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Baker Bakery & Cafe for anyone seeking delightful treats and top-notch service! The strawberry croissant is delicious. I couldn't put it down after the first bite. I enjoyed it so much that I came back for more. They had so many in stock in the afternoon. I'm glad because I heard that they usually sell out. They sell coffee and other baked goods too that I might try next time I come. There's lots of seating (indoor and outdoor) so it seems to be a good place to bring a friend or study.

While I didn't fully enjoy the drink due to, what I personally considered, a just-below-overwhelming artificial mint flavor, I truly enjoyed the fruit danish. I basically inhaled that thing! Plus, the staff were nice and the service was quick after we placed our order. I do wish they had more seating/tables, but it wasn't busy so there were some available. We did choose to sit in arm chairs with a coffee table instead because the regular tables were either occupied or dirty. It looked like there were only 3 people working, so considering they were also taking phone orders, baking, taking in-person orders, and making drinks, it was a lot for just 3 people. The interior is nice and it's much bigger than it looks from the outside!
